Ingredients  Fine Salami with Herbs of Provence: Pork without antibiotics (origin: France), LACTOSE (MILK), salt, pepper, dextrose, Herbs of Provence (0.2%), garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite. Milk ferments. Edible casing (collagen, glycerin, cellulose, water).

Ingredients Fine Salami with Chili: Pork without antibiotics (origin: France), salt, dextrose, spices, glucose syrup, garlic, oregano, chili oil (rapeseed oil, chili extract 0.02%), natural flavors, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrite and natamycin. Milk ferments. Edible casing (collagen, glycerin, cellulose, water).

Ingredients Fine Salami with Black Nyon Olives: Pork without antibiotics (origin: France), pitted olives based on black Nyon olives 7.2%, LACTOSE (MILK), salt, pepper, dextrose, garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite. Milk ferments. Edible casing (collagen, glycerin, cellulose, water).

166 g of pork is used for every 100 g of finished product.

Origin and Background

Since 1952, Debroas has been producing its charcuterie in Largentière, in the heart of the Ardèche Cévennes, following the finest traditional recipes from times past.
To preserve and carry forward the artisanal know-how and living heritage of Ardèche charcuterie, Debroas was also one of the most dedicated supporters of the creation of the IGP Ardèche (Protected Geographical Indication).
The artisan butchers at Debroas still make their products according to the original recipe, which was already mentioned in the Gazetin du comestible in the 18th century.
