The producer: Chez Morille is a little family business located in the department of Deux-Sèvres which produces successfully since 1987 its well-known authentic and handmade products. The company is attached to the traditions, the decency and the elegance that are the charm of French culture.

Preparation: Pour the content of the pot into a hot pan and heat it over medium heat. Serve deglazed with raspberry vinegar and placed on a bed of salad, or alternatively chopped in little glasses. A supple and light red wine, a Morgon for example, will do the job perfectly!
