Return and Refund Policy
1. Timeframe for Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 working days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 7-day return period for exchange or store credit, provided the goods are in perfect condition.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- For voluntary returns (7-day window): Items must be in perfect, resellable condition.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders (Sonderbestellungen), unsealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, or items sold as part of a special promotion/sale.
3. Return Process
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Any complaints regarding non-conformity must be made in writing within 10 days of delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds and Exchange
Statutory Withdrawal (14 days): If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs if you chose a non-standard delivery method) without undue delay.
Voluntary Return (7 days): For voluntary returns that do not fall under the statutory withdrawal reasons, refunds are issued exclusively as a store credit (voucher) for future purchases.
