The producer: The Conserverie Saint-Christophe was founded in 1990 in the former Ferme Saint-Christophe which is located in North of France at the Somme river estuary. This is a small familly-run company, which specialized in the production of high-quality pâtés.

Made to a traditional recipe, Conserverie Saint-Christophe's pâté de foie de volaille is an artisanal speciality that celebrates the simplicity of good local produce. Made with carefully selected poultry livers, this pâté has a fine, creamy texture and a subtly spicy flavour.

This authentic product showcases the sweetness and richness of poultry liver, enhanced by a delicate seasoning. The result is a generous, melt-in-the-mouth, gourmet pâté, ideal for your aperitifs, picnics or French-style starters.
