Champagne Ernest Remy - Brut Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru
Champagne Ernest Remy is produced in Mailly-Champagne, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. This family-run business cultivates only terroirs classified as Grand Cru, in particular the typical chalky soils that give the wines their finesse and freshness.
This Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from old vines. It is a racy, well-structured champagne that expresses the richness of the Pinot Noir grape variety while retaining its liveliness.
