Ernest Rémy 2012 Rosé de Saignée Grand Cru: strawberry, raspberry, freshness, elegant finish.
Champagne Ernest Rémy Rosé de Saignée Brut Grand Cru 2012
This exceptional champagne is made from Pinot Noir grapes from Ernest Rémy's oldest Grand Cru parcels, located in Mailly-Champagne, one of the Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims. The cuvée is a Rosé de Saignée, a method in which the grape skins macerate with the must, giving the wine its colour and aromatic richness. The wine is aged in the cellar for a minimum of 48 months, allowing it to develop remarkable complexity and finesse. The dosage is 6 g/L, classifying this champagne as Brut.
