Ernest Rémy Extra Brut 2013, Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru: apple, honey, minerality, silky texture, long finish.
Champagne Ernest Rémy Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru 2013
This exceptional champagne is made from Pinot Noir grapes from the prestigious Grand Cru terroirs of Mailly-Champagne, located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The cuvée is a Blanc de Noirs, meaning that it is produced exclusively from black grapes, with no Chardonnay added. The 2013 vintage was harvested selectively by hand, followed by 36 months of extended ageing on the lees, well beyond the minimum 12 months required by the Champagne AOC. This extended ageing allows the wine to develop remarkable complexity and finesse.
Tasting notes
