Crémant de Bourgogne Brut "Cuvée Pierre" - Domaine Tupinier
Crémant de Bourgogne Brut "Cuvée Pierre" is an exceptional cuvée produced by Domaine Tupinier, located in Bleigny-le-Carreau, in the heart of Burgundy. This crémant is carefully vinified using the traditional method and aged for 24 months on its lees, giving it a fine, persistent effervescence.
Grape variety and characteristics
This cuvée is made from 100% Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of the region, which gives the wine its structure, fruity aromas and roundness. The wine has an alcohol content of 12.5% and a residual sugar content of around 0.81 mg/L.
Aromatic profile
The nose is expressive, revealing aromas of candied fruit and rose petals, testifying to the wine's maturity and finesse. On the palate, it offers a fine combination of red berries and sweet spices, with a creamy texture and elegant bubbles.
Wine and food pairings
This crémant is ideal as an aperitif, but also goes perfectly with dishes such as sushi, grilled fish, cold starters or mature cheeses.
Sustainable commitment
Domaine Tupinier practises integrated viticulture, limiting the use of plant protection products and favouring organic fertilisers. The grapes are harvested by hand, ensuring a rigorous selection process.
