The producer: Popol is a little family business located in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Provence which produces successfully since 1977 its well-known vinegars with fruit pulp. The company is now specialised in specialities from the Provence, using local ingredients and following the motto: authenticity, quality, tradition and valorisation of the regional heritage.
Tasting: This vinegar with fig pulp can be used, as recommends the producer, in the dressing of salads with goat cheese and smoked ham as well as for deglazing white meat, duck breast or foie gras.
