The producer: Popol is a little family business located in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Provence which produces successfully since 1977 its well-known vinegars with fruit pulp. The company is now specialised in specialities from the Provence, using local ingredients and following the motto: authenticity, quality, tradition and valorisation of the regional heritage.
Tasting: You may use this balsamic vinegar from Modena to season a salad, deglaze meat, flavour a risotto or enhance a fish dish. It can be served to sweet dishes too, as for instance strawberries or vanilla ice cream!
