Description

Origin and Raw Materials: This specialty condiment is crafted in Provence. The recipe blends the pulp of sun-ripened tomatoes and red bell peppers with the gentle, aromatic heat of PDO Espelette pepper, balanced by the crisp acidity of premium white spirit vinegar.

Producer: Located in the heart of Provence, Popol is a renowned gourmet house famous for fruit pulp vinegars and artisanal condiments. Popol selects natural ingredients carefully bottled in 50cl glass containers to bring Mediterranean zest to everyday cooking.

Production Process: Tomato and pepper pulps are generously blended with PDO Espelette pepper powder into the vinegar base. The mixture is crafted to achieve a smooth, coating consistency without artificial colorings or preservatives, preserving vibrant colors and natural spice aromas.
