Description

The producer: Popol is a little family business located in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Provence which produces successfully since 1977 its well-known vinegars with fruit pulp. The company is now specialised in specialities from the Provence, using local ingredients and following the motto: authenticity, quality, tradition and valorisation of the regional heritage.

Tasting: This vinegar with mango pulp can especially be used to fish dishes, a salmon salad or a white meat dish… Extra tip: Try to cook a salmon carpaccio, we are sure you will like it!
