The typical Brittany biscuit, generous and crispy!
Shortcrust pastry made with regional aged churned butter from Le Gall, crafted artisanally and without additives.
Producer: Since 1936, this biscuit factory at the well-known cape La Pointe du Raz in western Brittany, in Rogoff, has been producing traditional Breton biscuits. The recipes are simple, but the flavor is exceptional, thanks especially to the traditionally and artisanally crafted churned butter from the region.
