Handcrafted bell pepper cream made from fresh peppers. The cream is full-flavored and delicate; it tastes great as an appetizer on toast or as a sauce for breaded chicken. Mixed with a bit of olive oil and served on fresh pasta sprinkled with Parmesan, it is excellent. It also tastes exquisite with white fish pâté."
