Le Clos de Laure is a workshop in Nice renowned for its traditional Provençal preparations made by hand, without superfluous additives or preservatives. The green tapenade showcases green olives from the Mediterranean basin, prepared according to traditional recipes using ingredients selected for their quality and freshness.

The green olive version of the traditional tapenade. A great classic of Provençal cuisine, tapenade is a must for any aperitif. The slightly bitter, herbaceous flavours of the green olives are simply delicious on toast. You can also pair it with white meats such as roast chicken, or spread on baked rabbit.
