Wild red pepper from Madagascar, rare and aromatic. Notes of citrus, red fruit and wood. Enhances savory and sweet dishes with elegance.
Sarabar's wild red Voatsiperifery pepper from Madagascar is a rare and precious spice, renowned for its aromatic complexity and rarity. This pepper is harvested by hand in the tropical forests of south-east Madagascar, from vines up to 20 metres high. Harvesting requires great precision and strict respect for the ripeness of the berries, in order to preserve its unique flavour profile.
