The Roll's Royce of white peppers
The producer: Karine Blanc travels all over the world to find the best spices on our planet. The products come directly from the manufacturers to Marseille without intermediate storage. In contrast to other spice dealers, Karine Blanc does not use chemical processing or ionization. The extremely wide range consists of pepper, "wrong" peppers, spices, spice mixtures, etc. Karine Blanc's aim is to bring something new and fresh into your kitchen!
In General:: This pepper originates from the island Phu Quoc in the south of Vietnam, it is often mistaken for the Kampot pepper. The Phu Quoc is obtained on the basis of red pepper that has reached almost overripeness. This explains the extraordinary thickness of the grains - it makes it also a rare type of pepper.
Tasting: notes that you expect from white peppers (animal notes - horse stable, leather, deer), then nutmeg and in the final a light acidity that evokes citronella.
