Dried porcini mushrooms (20 g) from Maison Borde are carefully selected, gently dried wild mushrooms with a particularly intense, savory aroma. They are ideal for enhancing sauces, soups, pasta, or risotto, and after soaking, they regain their characteristic firm texture and full flavor.

The producer: Maison Borde is a traditional food manufacturer based in Saugues, specializing in the processing of wild mushrooms. Since 1920, this family-run company has produced dried, freeze-dried, and preserved mushroom products and is now among the leading suppliers in this sector, with international distribution and a strong focus on quality and careful sourcing.

Directions for use: Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly with lukewarm water, then place them in a small bowl and cover with hot water. Let soak for 15 minutes, then discard the soaking water. Next, boil the mushrooms in fresh water for 1 minute. Cook thoroughly before consumption. After draining, the mushrooms are ready to use in your favorite dishes. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
