Tasting
Colour: Deep garnet, slightly matt in the centre, with purple highlights
Nose: Generous aromas of black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), earthy nuances, spices, cedar, tobacco and graphite
Palate: Silky attack for a medium-bodied wine, with fine but firm tannins. Flavours of black cherry, wild strawberry, graphite and a touch of salt. Long, balanced finish
Style: A perfect expression of the Graves terroir, balanced between elegance, ripe fruit, structure and salivating freshness

Best with grilled or roasted red meats (beef, lamb), game, stews or mature cheeses (comté, mimolette). Its balance of fruit, freshness and structure makes it a gastronomic wine.
