This wine has a beautiful deep ruby colour and has a powerful fruity, floral nose. The attack is frank and lively when the wine is young, after a few years it offers a variety of candied fruits with a velvety finish.
This wine is made of Cabernet Franc, like in the Appellations Saumur and Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil.
This full-bodied wine goes beautifully with both red and white meats and cheese. It also goes well with charcuterie, exotic salads and summer barbecues.
