Tasting profile
Château Sacré-Cœur 2023 displays a deep purple-red color. As already noted last year, the nose is fascinating, with hints of soy sauce. On the palate it is powerful and richly ripe, generous and full-bodied, with fine tannins and ripe fruit. Good length, with a herb-spiced finish.
