Colour : Deep garnet red with violet tints.
Nose: Intense and seductive, with aromas of ripe black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), black cherry and violet, complemented by hints of sweet spices, light tobacco and graphite.
Palate: Supple, velvety attack. Silky, perfectly integrated tannins, providing good volume without harshness. Well-balanced mid-palate, dominated by fruit, with hints of spice and light oak. Harmonious, persistent finish, marked by a lovely freshness and discreet mineral notes.

Pairs perfectly with grilled entrecôte steak, roast veal with herbs, duck breast with cranberries or rack of lamb with sweet spices.
