Suggested pairings

Pairs perfectly with grilled entrecôte steak, roast veal with herbs, duck breast with cranberries or rack of lamb with sweet spices. It also goes very well with simmered dishes such as Marengo veal sauté or lamb tagine with dried fruit. It also goes well with mature hard cheeses (Comté, Manchego) or slightly blue-veined cheeses.
