Great Burgundy, powerful, versatile; with fish dishes.
Winemaker and winery: Domaine Fichet, which today has 30 hectares of vineyards, has undergone an enormous period of growth in recent decades; there were also some innovations at the level of wine-press technology in 2006. Olivier Fichet is an innovative winemaker who produces wonderful, fresh wines. The grapes grown here are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté.
Tasting: The very ripe Chardonnay comes into its own here. Great minerality and power!
