Fichet and its new site "Grand Cra", which is about 1ha in size, deserve the utmost attention, because this is where the Domaine's flagship has been produced since the 2017 vintage: the Cuvée Grande Cra!
Winemaker and winery: Domaine Fichet, which today has 30 hectares of vineyards, has undergone an enormous period of growth in recent decades; there were also some innovations at the level of wine-press technology in 2006. Olivier Fichet is an innovative winemaker who produces wonderful, fresh wines. The grapes grown here are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté.
Tasting: The very ripe Chardonnay comes into its own here. Great minerality and power!
Service: with fish dishes.
