Maison Popol, based in Provence, offers a range of fruit pulp vinegars made by hand. This vinegar combines the liveliness of pink grapefruit with the frank acidity of lemon to create a condiment with a fresh, aromatic and balanced profile, perfectly suited to creative and modern cuisine.
The producer: Popol is a family-run business based in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Var department of France, renowned since 1977 for its fruit pulp vinegars. Since then, Popol has added many Provençal specialities to its range, produced with local raw materials and following the motto: Authenticity, quality, tradition and promoting the region's heritage!
Best served with
Perfect to season mixed salads with crunchy vegetables and fresh fruit (avocado, mango, prawns). Enhances a carpaccio of white fish or scallops with its tangy freshness. Ideal for deglazing chicken fillet or pan-fried salmon. Can also be used in original vinaigrettes for quinoa or lentil salads, or to lightly coat grilled summer vegetables such as courgettes and peppers.
