The producer: Popol is a little family business located in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Provence which produces successfully since 1977 its well-known vinegars with fruit pulp. The company is now specialised in specialities from the Provence, using local ingredients and following the motto: authenticity, quality, tradition and valorisation of the regional heritage.
Tasting: This vinegar with garlic pulp can be used in various ways. For instance, you can put it in the dressing of your salad, add it to moulds, oysters, carpaccio or use it to fish or for the deglazing of white meats!
