The producer: Popol is a little family business located in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Provence which produces successfully since 1977 its well-known vinegars with fruit pulp. The company is now specialised in specialities from the Provence, using local ingredients and following the motto: authenticity, quality, tradition and valorisation of the regional heritage.
Tasting: This vinegar with raspberry pulp can be used, as recommends the producer, in the dressing of a summer salad with nectarines, tomatoes, raspberries, mozarella, basil and pink peppercorn. But you can also add it to the batter of a cake or brownie an thus combine the taste of chocolate and raspberries - it is delicious!
