The producer: Popol is a little family business located in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Provence which produces successfully since 1977 its well-known vinegars with fruit pulp. The company is now specialised in specialities from the Provence, using local ingredients and following the motto: authenticity, quality, tradition and valorisation of the regional heritage.
Tasting: This vinegar with shallot pulp can especially be used to mould-french fries, but also for the dressing of any salad, meat for barbecuing or oysters!
