The producer: Popol is a little family business located in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Provence which produces successfully since 1977 its well-known vinegars with fruit pulp. The company is now specialised in specialities from the Provence, using local ingredients and following the motto: authenticity, quality, tradition and valorisation of the regional heritage.

Tasting: This vinegar with passion fruit pulp can especially be used to fish dishes! By his fresh and delicate flavour, this vinegar will replace the usual lemon juice on your fish and shellfish dishes! But it may also give an exotic taste to your fruit salads!
