The producer: Popol is a little family business located in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Provence which produces successfully since 1977 its well-known vinegars with fruit pulp. The company is now specialised in specialities from the Provence, using local ingredients and following the motto: authenticity, quality, tradition and valorisation of the regional heritage.
Tasting: This vinegar with calamansi pulp, a fruit from the Philipines typical for its freshness, mandarine and grapefruit flavour, will be the perfect condiment for the sauce of your fish plate (sardine fillet), but you can also use it to add some freshness and flavour to your fruit salad!
