Winemaker and vineyard: La Haute Févrie is a vineyard located in the famous appellation "Muscadet de Sèvre & Maine" 18 kilometres from the city of Nantes. The Branger family produces the unique Muscadet on about 27 hectares, which, according to AOC specifications, is aged "on lees" for a few months - hence the addition "sur lies" - and may be bottled in March at the earliest.
Tasting: The Muscadet from Haute Févrie and Sebastien Branger, the winemaker of the domaine, is quite typical for the AOP: Fresh and fruity. The yeast storage during ageing gives it a slight perlage. It is made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne.
Service: This wine is ideal with seafood, for example with our fish products from La Quiberonnaise!
