A skilful blend of barrel ageing and fruit, this 2009 blends toasty, vanilla and citrus notes (candied orange). These aromas are echoed on the sweet, honeyed palate, supported by a lovely fruity freshness. For a fruit dessert, a peach sorbet for example.
