A beautiful golden color with bright reflections, the nose is marked by white fruits, followed by notes of acacia flowers, hawthorn and lemon tart. Try it with fruit desserts, foie gras and blue-veined cheeses.

A skilful blend of barrel ageing and fruit, this 2009 blends toasty, vanilla and citrus notes (candied orange). These aromas are echoed on the sweet, honeyed palate, supported by a lovely fruity freshness. For a fruit dessert, a peach sorbet for example.
