Ingredients: Vegetable fat 38,5% (coconut, palm-kernel), sugar 29,5%, fat-reduced cocoa powder 11,5, hydrogenated vegetable, fat 10,5%, (coconut, palm-kernel) skimmed milk powder 10% emulsifier: soya lecithin <1%, natural flavor of vanilla <1%.
Producer: Bruntz has been producing chocolate-based delicacies in Kingersheim near Mulhouse in Alsace since 1960. Founded by three brothers of the Bruntz family who are enthousiastic about chocolate, all their savoir-faire and energy has been used on the family business. Now it is run by Gérard family and Isabelle Ricou. One of the moste renomated product is the Alsacian Guglhupf.
