The manufacturer Valter Bovetti carries his heritage in his name: the Piedmont region of Italy. From a young age, he learned the art of cooking from his father, César. Valter sees himself as a gastronome, earning his reputation early in his career as a creative baker. In 1985, he moved to neighboring France and, in 1994, opened his first chocolate shop in Aubazine, Corrèze. For reasons beyond understanding, he began creating chocolate screws and tools, which he produced using a 20-meter prototype machine that he built himself in his garage. Since 2008, the Bovetti brand has existed in its current large-scale form.
