Producer: The Crêpe Dentelles have been created due to a little misshap: Marie Catherine Cornic was a bit negligent and ignored time when she was preparing her Crêpes in her famous Crêperie in Quimper, Britanny. She has let the dough in her billig for too long, but she decided to fold it, to roll it up and to taste it: it was crunchier and softer than ever before! This delicious invention from Ms. Cornic has been commercialized in the first Gavottes biscuit factory in 1920. The production had to be expanded quickly, because the Crêpes Dentelles became famous also abroad.
