Artisanal liqueur made from vineyard peaches. Intense aroma, smooth texture, fruity finish. Perfect neat, in cocktails, or with dessert.
Crème de Pêche de Vigne Jacoulot
Crème de Pêche de Vigne Jacoulot is a traditional liqueur made from vine peaches, a wild fruit typical of Burgundy. These peaches, which are smaller than the cultivated varieties, are renowned for their intense aromas and rich flavour.
Production
After careful harvesting, the vine peaches are macerated in super-fine alcohol for around 60 days. This maceration extracts the fruit's natural flavours, amber colour and sweetness. The mixture is then filtered and sweetened to produce a balanced, aromatic liqueur.
