Liqueur de Châtaigne Jacoulot
Liqueur de Châtaigne Jacoulot is a traditional liqueur made from chestnuts from the Ardèche region, renowned for their unique character. Founded in Romanèche-Thorins in 1891, Jacoulot has been perpetuating its family tradition of producing high-quality fruit liqueurs.
Production
The chestnuts are carefully selected, then macerated in super-fine alcohol to extract their natural flavours. This maceration is followed by filtering and the addition of sugar to produce a smooth, well-balanced liqueur.
