General Description

Jacoulot Peppermint Liqueur is made from a rigorous selection of peppermint and spearmint leaves. After careful maceration, the aromas are extracted by distillation, guaranteeing a pure, natural expression of the mint. This traditional process preserves the characteristic freshness and liveliness of this liqueur. 

Aromatic profile

    - Colour: Bright green, reflecting the quality and freshness of the plants used.

    - Nose: Intense and refreshing, dominated by clear menthol notes, accompanied by subtle herbal touches.

    - Palate: Lively, invigorating attack, followed by a lingering sensation of freshness. The liqueur offers a slight sweetness balanced by a hint of bitterness, creating a pleasant harmony.

    - Finish: Long and refreshing, with lingering minty aromas.

This liqueur is best enjoyed well chilled, between 8 and 12°C, to fully appreciate its freshness. It can be enjoyed :
