General Description
Lemon by Jacoulot is a limoncello-style lemon liqueur made from the zest of untreated Sicilian lemons, rich in essential oils and with a pronounced flavour. Only the zest of the lemons is used, carefully removed by hand to avoid the bitterness of the white skin. This meticulous process gives the liqueur a bright yellow colour, reminiscent of lemon meringue pie, and a seductive freshness.
