The producer: La Belle Chaurienne has always been a specialist in Castelnaudary cassoulet and is proud to present all its culinary specialities, all of which are part of the French gastronomic heritage.
Ingredients: Potatoes 33%, salted beef 20% (beef (French origin), salt) - Corbières AOC wine 14%, water, carrots, black olives, chopped onions, spring onions, modified starch, salt, red wine vinegar, tomato concentrate, celery, leek, natural flavouring (including soya), sunflower oil, garlic, sugar, pepper, laurel, thyme.
Service: Pour the contents into a saucepan, cover and reheat over a very low heat for 7 minutes, stirring regularly. Alternatively, reheat for 3 minutes in a microwave oven in a suitable dish. The content is a portion.
