Tasting
Colour: Intense golden yellow with amber highlights.
Nose: Very aromatic and complex. Notes of ripe, candied fruit (apricot, peach, quince), candied citrus fruit, honey, white flowers, spicy nuances (ginger, saffron) and minerality.
Palate: Rich, velvety attack. Unctuous texture, balanced by fresh, lively acidity that brings tension and balance to the natural sweetness. Full-bodied, luscious and persistent mid-palate, with a long finish marked by notes of candied fruit, honey and a slight mineral salinity.

Perfect with dried or candied fruit-based desserts (apricot tart, mirabelle plum clafoutis), blue-veined cheeses (Roquefort, Bleu d'Auvergne), as well as certain spicy or Asian dishes (mild curry, spicy-sweet Thai cuisine).
