The handcrafted aioli, a sauce typical of Southern France and the region of Sète, pairs wonderfully with the local seafood. The aioli from Azais-Polito is one of the few products still made with fresh eggs, giving it the authenticity of traditional production.
Producer: The family business Azais-Polito from Sète is now renowned and recognized for its 100% natural production. Since its beginnings in the early 1960s, the brand "Azais Polito" has been offering fish specialties and has become a guarantee of quality over time. Today, the artisanal cannery is the oldest of its kind in the city of Sète, the largest fishing port on the Mediterranean, where it was founded in 1963.
