Natural extra virgin olive oil – high intensity and full flavor!
A harmoniously balanced, multi-varietal olive oil made from regional Ardèche and selected Italian cultivars. The intense extra virgin olive oil offers a richer aromatic profile than the medium version. It stands out with its pronounced bitterness and peppery notes, both persistent and expressive, enhancing the flavors of any dish it accompanies.
Ideal with fresh salads, raw vegetables, or for delicately finishing steamed or roasted vegetables. A simple drizzle over warm dishes just before serving brings out their full flavor.
Perfect for salads, grilled vegetables, or as a finishing touch on Mediterranean cuisine.
