The producer: Popol is a little family business located in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Provence which produces successfully since 1977 its well-known vinegars with fruit pulp. The company is now specialised in specialities from the Provence, using local ingredients and following the motto: authenticity, quality, tradition and valorisation of the regional heritage.
Tasting: This vinegar with blackcurrant pulp can be used for game sauces or salad dressing! You can add it to drinks like tea, a fresh glass of water or a fruity juice and thus have a new, delicious drink! Finally, use it for your fruit salads!
