This cuvée made from Gamay impresses with gentle cold pressing and five months of ageing on fine lees in oak barrels. Fresh fruit notes and a lively, refreshing character create an elegant and harmonious tasting experience.
SAYA is the name of our youngest member of the estate, a dog, whose beautiful eyes are as deep as this nectar.
Winemaker and winery: Domaine Fichet now covers 26.5 hectares of vineyards and has experienced remarkable growth in recent decades. In 2006, important innovations were introduced in pressing techniques. Olivier Fichet is an innovative winemaker known for producing wonderfully fresh wines. The estate cultivates Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté. The cuvée “Les 3 Terroirs” comes from the same village but from three different soils and vineyard sites, giving it beautiful aromatic complexity and exemplary minerality.
Tasting: Salmon-coloured with shimmering pink highlights. Aromas of fresh fruit, mango and coconut.
Service: Ideal with summer cuisine, grilled meats, cured meats and Mediterranean dishes.
