Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg 2017, lively and mineral, with citrus aromas. Perfect with fish, seafood and goat's cheese.
Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé 2017 is an exceptional cuvée produced by Domaine Bott Frères, located in Ribeauvillé, Alsace. This wine comes from a 70-acre parcel acquired in 2007 by Paul Bott, representing 71% of the Riesling grape variety on the Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé, a marl-limestone-sandstone terroir with a south/south-west exposure, ideal for this grape variety.
On the palate, the attack is lively and straightforward, offering the fine tension characteristic of this dry, lively and mineral wine, with citrus and lemony notes. This is a great, straightforward wine, balanced and typical of the vintage.
This wine is best served between 8 and 12°C, and goes perfectly with fish, seafood, light dishes and goat's cheese.
