The producer: Popol is a little family business located in Saint Cyr sur Mer in the Provence which produces successfully since 1977 its well-known vinegars with fruit pulp. The company is now specialised in specialities from the Provence, using local ingredients and following the motto: authenticity, quality, tradition and valorisation of the regional heritage.
Tasting: This vinegar with tomato pulp and basil fits perfectly with the olive oil of your green salad dressing. Add it to your noodle or rice plates, or use it to deglaze your fish or meat and give them a fresh tomato taste with a subtle basil flavour!
