The Beaujolais was harvested and vinified in the Cave des Vignerons de Bel Air (Vinescence). The 2025 vintage, due to the relatively late harvest, is exceptionally fruity with a moderate alcohol content of around 12.5%. The yield, however, is small, with approximately 30% less production than the average.
