Origin and background
The Domaine de Saint Siffrein, a family estate for several generations, is located in the northern part of the appellation on soils composed of rolled pebbles, sand, and red clay. The vineyards, cultivated according to sustainable farming principles and averaging 50 years of age, produce low yields to enhance concentration and quality.
