This Vacqueyras from Domaine Saint-Laurent impresses with its deep red, elegant robe with violet reflections. The nose reveals expressive aromas of ripe cherries and fine vanilla. On the palate, the wine offers lush fruitiness, driven by red fruit and blackberry notes – silky, round, and beautifully balanced.

Winemaker & Estate:The Sinard family has run this estate for generations, with great passion and dedication. While their main focus lies on the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, they also produce outstanding Côtes du Rhône wines, including the "Village" La Tamardière.

The estate adheres to strict quality standards:

  • No chemical fertilizers

  • Manual harvesting

  • Slow fermentation & extended aging

  • Sustainable viticulture ("reasoned agriculture")

As an independent winemaker, Sinard stands for artisanal winemaking with a personal signature.

Serving suggestion: Best served chambré (16–18 °C). Decant before serving to allow the wine to fully express its aromas.
A perfect companion to game dishes, both feathered and furred – and equally delicious with hearty autumnal meat dishes.
