The producer: The Moulin de la Veyssière in Neuvic‑sur‑l’Isle is the last operational oil mill in the Vallée du Vern. For over 165 years, it has been producing artisanal, characterful oils, flours, and local products from walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, and peanuts, following traditional family methods.
The historic watermill complex also offers free guided tours with tastings, a museum, an educational garden, and a charming boutique in the old bakery.
